45mm COMMERCIAL DOOR SYSTEM

Designed for the fabrication of glazed entrance doors for shopfronts, offices, other commercial and industrial projects. Suitable for Hinged, Pivot or Sliding configurations. Sliding Options to suit Top Hung or Bottom Rolling manually operated sliding doors. Automatic Operator Sliding Door applications are one of the more popular intallations suited to the COMMERCE 45mm Commercial Door System. Flush pocket glazing means no vertical glazing beads with horizontal beads on one side only, resulting in improved appearance, security and lower manufacturing costs.

Suitable for a range of glass thicknesses from 5mm up to 12.38mm in single glazed and 22mm to 30mm Insulated Glass Units in Double Glazed. The joinery uses a revolutionary clamping system that is direct, eliminating any possibility for the joint to fail. This technology allows for rails and midrails to be easily positioned. No processing of the stiles not only saves time for manufacture but also maintains the structural integrity of the corner joints. The use of two stainless steel bolts eliminates twist in the door rails for a superior connection. The COMMERCE 45mm Commercial Door is designed to suit hardware manufactured by leading hardware suppliers. Designed to Comply with Australian Standards AS2047.
